Improved docker deployment procedure and updated README

Updated docs to more thoroughly explain docker deployment procedure. Corrected a typo in README. Modified example environment variable files as well as included new example file for RabbitMQ. Minor modification of django development settings to remove redundant environment variable. Added hint for dealing with probably docker permission error.
