Rename Byte to Math\UInt8

This commit moves the Byte class into a new Math namespace so that the
root Type namespace doesn't become cluttered, and changes the name from
Byte to UInt8 to better reflect what the type really is; an unsigned 8
bit integer. This name would fit better along similar types, such as
UInt16.
