Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/pr/21650'

Fixed a segfault during merge.

  Replace calculating time left with the new age() function
  Replace setting of bday to current turn with the new set_age function
  Removed redundant check. Also, corrected description.
  Forbid washing if there are non-filthy items in the WM.
  Toggling one WM won't toggle other WMs (if any).
  Stashed veh->get_items( washing_machine_part ) into a temp variable.
  Reset bday for filthy items only if all checks are good. Also, get and save veh->part_with_feature( veh_root_part, "WASHING_MACHINE" ) only once, then use it when needed.
  Made time_left const.
  Rewrote washmachine_here check to take more than one WM into account.
