feature(email-notification): implement email notification when a user's favorite recipe gets modified

- add function for sending email when a user's favorite recipe get modified
- add an email notifier template for the function
- modify the review notifier template and function respectively, for a better and cleaner code structure
- implement logic for getting all users that favorited the recipe been modified
- refactor 'postReview' api controller
- fix toastr npm package error in 'EditRecipeComponent'
