* fixed missing branch

* reverting unneeded change

* make chmp's scoping fix

* adding support for copying control flow contexts

- allows models to backprop through recurrence
- closes #525

* pep8 fixes

* adding integration test for control flow

- MAP estimation of AR(1) process; comparison with MLE from scipy
- not sure if this is the right place to add the test
- implementation of AutoRegressive class is hacky and is probably not
  best practice for Edward
- fails on master; passes on this branch
