add automatic deregistration of types, properties and methods. (#97)

* add automatic unregistration of all registered items( types, properties, methodes, etc...)
 that is useful for dynamically loaded libraries
when the module, in which the registration was performed, gets unloaded.
- additionally: all dynamically allocated memory during registration process does not cross any module boundary (i.e. will not be deleted in another module)
