feat: API change (#38)

BREAKING CHANGE:
`closing` is changed to `completed` make the term more generic and thus makes more sense to all scenarios.

It meant for `the spec as completed its record/replay of actions`.

Most of the time you don't need to use `closing` (and now `completed) directly,
so your code shouldn't break.

Change handling of spy and stub into a plugin system.
Invert the dependency and now new plugins can be added in the future to support other types.

Changed data structure for child process to match the plugin system.

Changed data structure for promise to match the plugin system.
Promise is a JavaScript convention.
Other language has their own way.
Need to give them enough freedom to implement the same behavior.

FEATURES:
Support package `ws` (WebSocket).
Currently only support Client.
Server will be supported in the future.

FIXES:
`replay` will also call listeners from on() and onAny()
