Reorganize the whole project, update ver. to 0.1.0

- move the ‘lib/’ folder under the ’node_modules/’

- change properly the ‘.gitignore’ file

- move t’he telegram.link.js’ file under the root

- remove the ‘index.js’ file

- move unit-tests under the ‘test/lib/’ folder

- move integration-test under the ‘test/’ folder

- remove the ‘integration/‘ folder

- reorganize the gulp tasks configuration

- add ‘npm badge’ to Readme

- update dependencies version to ‘latest’

- update project version to 0.1.0

- configure the ‘telegram.link.js’ file as main
