Commit Message

test: Remove old tpmclient 'tcti_util' module.

This was mostly replaced by the context-util module from the integration
test infrastructure. The only bit that was being used was the TCTI
teardown function. This patch adds the necessary functionality to the
'context-util' module and does all the necessary fixups.
