* Center the map (automatically or as requested)

The turf library was added to work with geometries, and Cordova and
Ionic's geolocation plugin to determine the user's position.

The sinon-chai package was also added to write more readable assertions
on sinon spies/stubs, e.g. `expect(spy).to.have.been.calledWith('foo')`
instead of `expect(spy.calledWith('foo')).to.equal(true)`.

RxJS operator imports were moved to `src/app/rxjs.ts` because apparently
some tests need them too (probably tests that do not import the
application module, which was where those RxJS imports were located).
