Updates documentation about oneshot mode and troubleshooting.

Duplicate some information about one_shot flag indicating how it behaves
differently to normal operation.

Link to the programming guide from the deployment guide.

Add a section on how to get continuous testing.

Add a section on troubleshooting deployment problems.

Fixes #137.
