Commit Message

* Using weakref where passing network or device
* Added auto_save function to device so everything is saved to disk automatically
* Added functions to clear_history if needed (device['point'].clear_history OR device.clear_histories() )
* Auto save has been added to the polling task so if the device is not polling (segmentation not supported) it will not be saved... wip
* Statistics are now in a mixin of the network
* some documentation effort...
