Add support for custom methods (#704)

* Add custom methods key to all configs

* Sort by python name

* Include custom method definitions

* Add hand maintained wrapper for nidmm.get_cal_date_and_time()

* Update generated files

* Update change log

* Update system test

* Don't need datetime

* Change config key name to 'handcoded_methods'

* Use 'render_in_session_base' to be consistent with other location in code gen

* Move proof of concept to nifake

* Show how multiple functions can be used in one custom methods file

* GetCalDateAndTime can't be private since we aren't wrapping it.

* Go back to each handcoded_method only allows a single method per file

* Not using datetime for nidmm

* Shorten documentation

* We may be returning python types so we can't assert

* No handcoded_method entry in config

* Remove 'handcoded_methods' from config

* Add function information to metadata instead of hardcoding in template

This allows reusing documentation in both code snippet as well as documentation snippet

* Update generated files
