Refactored images into a module

I'm thinking that the number and complexity of the Images classes will
grow over time especially as we look into supporting different colour
spaces and formats properly. So this change has moved all the image
related code into its own module `stylo.images`.

- `Image` is now accessible through `stylo.images.Image` however since
it's fully supported (whatever that means) you can also get to it
through `stylo.Image`

- `LayeredImage` can now be found in `stylo.images.LayeredImage` but as
it isn't very useful yet it hasn't been rexported to the top level stylo
namespace.

- Similarly with `TiledImage` (`stylo.images.TiledImage`) and `TileSet`
(`stylo.images.TileSet`) they aren't quite ready for prime time yet so
they also haven't been rexported.

It it worth asking whether we should be exporting everything anyway....

- Also added some more tests
