Alert systemd to init.d daemons

`systemctl enable`: Enable the daemon – this performs an init.d >
systemd conversion and puts the systemd unit in
`/run/systemd/generator.late`.

`systemctl daemon-reload`: Updates systemd with new daemon config.

Daemons can then be started with `systemctl start`.
