Fixed expect ext bugs, improved tests

This fixes a couple issues in the ext code from #61. A bug where mpack_expect_ext() and friends wouldn't flag mpack_error_type on an incorrect type is fixed. This also changes the error handling so that the type parameter is always zero if any error occurs. Unit tests for expect ext now include type checks, including type zero on error.
