* Refactoring CachedFiles to allow for multiple 'tabs'

* Tab bar is working. Modal content is moved and working

* Adds BareBones InfoTab component.

Once vcs-js has a function to return variable info, we can populate the component with the data returned.

* Adds css feedback when saving a colormap

* Cleans up some code and adds another test.

* Adds linting for imports. Fixes a css error
