change setTrackerUrl to also use the trackerPath which can be specified in the config.yml since only specifying it to be used to load the piwik.js file and not sending the api request to the correct trackerUrl results in adblockers still block the analytics requests.

Also per https://github.com/piwik/piwik/blob/master/js/README.md added setAPIUrl to point to the root url of piwik when not using piwik.php as path.
