Parser propert conversion, doc update

The comment_tokens and dense_array attributes of Parser were converted
to hidden attributes controlled by properties.  This was mainly done to
facilitate autodocumentation, but is also generally a good idea for type
safety.  Index control is still handled by attributes.

Documentation has also been streamlined to only include configurable
properties for the Parser class.  A similar change will be added to the
Namelist class.  (FIndex will probably not be documented here.)
