Commit Message

Move JSON header to third_party directory; use unmodified version.

This patch structures the addition of the JSON header according to
@dhamon's suggestion. The header is put in a third_party directory,
with the license for the project contained within. No modifications
have been made to the JSON header.

We install the json.hpp header under the benchmark/ prefix just
like benchmark.h.

Pull Request Pull Request #499: Begin JSON reporter change: Allow users to specify arbitrary JSON input/output.
