Breaking changes for routing:
- SimpleRouter was renamed to TreeConfiguration
- MiddlewareFactory requires a separate routing service and no longer creates one implicitly
- New router FastRouteAnnotation that uses FastRoute as inner engine and handler annotations to declare routes
