[#777] Developer Guide: add instructions for manual testing #777 (#778)

Students need instructions for manual testing an app when they are
peer-testing apps.

Let's add instructions for manual testing as an appendix of the DG,
which will eliminate the need for students to submit that information
as a separate document in their project submissions.
