Commit Message

Use `Tufts::Curation` models and `.model_setup!`

Removes all `ActiveFedora` derived model code from the application. Application
layer models are defined and registered with `Hyrax` by
`Tufts::Curation.model_setup!`. `Tufts::Draftable` is included locally, since
drafts are specific to this application.
