* Add barcode scanning detection to registration pages
We add the ability to use barcode scanners with automatic decryption on the registration pages. This is hidden behind a new 'reg_uses_barcodes' variable, just in case something goes horribly wrong at-con and we need to turn this off for registration.

* Add barcode handling overrides
