First attempt to implement the table parser

Not entirely satisfied with this approach, because it works too much like
normal markdown: you have to get your syntax right to the get table,
otherwise you just silently fallback to paragraph. On the other hand,
forcing the table syntax too “early” may make users escape pipes, which is…
not good?
