feat(mycanal): remove CanalPlus(Finder|Updater|Downloader) and integrate the new MyCanal(Finder|Updater|Extractor)

Due to the modification of the website of canal the 20th of December, I implements the new system, named MyCanal, inside the new logic allowing myself to remove the logic from the Downloader
