Added a bunch of dominator utilities.

Most of them I converted from the WebKit dominator methods, as I rather liked those.
I also added an alternative iterated dominance frontier algorithm from the paper
"Advanced Construction Algorithms for SSA" from The SSA Book. They still need a bit
of work and optimization, but they all work, so there's that.
