  Refactored 'LayoutType' to be an 'enum class'. This exposed an interesting problem with 'TileGroupLayoutTests'. See, everyone said I was crazy but this is why I love 'enum class'. It finds stupid stuff like this.
  This is a big one. Kind of like that time I was decided to eat 3lbs of grapes in one sitting. It all came out at once. So in this commit we switch CmpBool to 'enum class'. I also shortened the name of the elements, but of course this causes problems because 'NULL' is reserved. So I decided to switch it to 'NULL_'. It's not great but I figured it was better than other options.
  Switched MetricType and SqlStateErrorCode to use 'enum class'. Also found out that we're not even using the Endianess enum anywhere so I removed that mofo. The next major one to fix is CmpBool, but that's going to be a much larger change so I am going to commit that separately. Shout out to @jarulraj. Keep strong, son
