Make cgreen-mocker handle GNU-isms

Some compiler specific macros, e.g __attribute__, causes the pure C99
pycparser to choke.

- Ensure that there is not a Python stack trace for these cases
- Add definitions for some GNU-isms to cpp command line

Fixes #157
