Upgrade to react native 51 and React 16.2  (#194)

* upgrade react-native

* remove SafeAreaView polypill

* updated snapshots to reflect RN update. This was basically every snapshot so I'll be verbose here.
- Text component:  removed disabled as it nolonger a required prop.
- TextInput: added default value for allowFontScaling (true)

* removing unneeded console logs adding ignore for the one we want to keep.

* bumping Expo SDK to 24 so we can jump to RN 51 💥🕺

* updated snapshots to reflect new default prop value for hasTVPreferredFocus in RN 51.

* make SafeAreaView web-compatible
