Consistently use be(true) instead of be_truthy/eq(true)

Picking one single option instead of 3 different ones, actually 6. As true/false are constants, using be() seems the most reasonable.

Also, be_truthy is not the same of be(true). Generally, we care that the value is exactly a boolean in the specs.
