set type of DX array (#36)

- fixes #36
- the "type" keyword in the DX array object is now honored:
  - When reading from a DX file, cast the array to the closest numpy dtype
  - When creating a DX object from a Grid, either infer the closest DX type
    from the grid array's dtype or override with the 'type' kwarg for
    Grid.export()
- added tests (ugly, should use pytest but do not have time to convert to pytest)
