General improvements

Bundle:
* Fix potential segmentation fault problems caused by cloning
  * create new instances of Kernels and Commands in class
MultikernelApplication
  * create clones of clone-safe objects (InputArguments and
InputOptions) instead of
    the InputDefinition in class MultikernelCommand
* Full implementation of classes RouterMatchCommand and Descriptor to
avoid
  deprecation warnings about extending internal classes
* Added MonologBundle in BootKernel
* Added MonologBundle in MicroKernel template
* Added MonologBundle settings in configuration templates

Tests:
* Added new template placeholder for the project directory
* Added new tests for RouterMatchCommand and Descriptor
* Force garbage collection in TestListener before running each test
