fix(components): Enable notification with last event data on add (#77)

* notify listeners with last event data on listener add

* do not notify listeners in case key info are not present

* reattempt layout measurements when the component is not yet mounted

* fix failing test

* move setTimeout to componentDidMount

* make notify on add optional

* move last event data from this.lastEvent to function variable
