Indirect take two (#95)

* build both libscsdir and libscsindir

* when openblas64 on os=:Darwin append 64 to libscs{dir,indir}

This is not tested

* provides direct and indirect binaried for os=:Windows

* dispatch SCS_{init,solve,finish} on SCS.Direct and SCS.Indirect types

* make SCS.Indirect the default method; delete :linearsolver from options

* move test problems to separate file

* test SCS with both the direct and indirect methods

* add doc on the linearsolver keyword

* move the selection of linearsolver option to SCSSolverInterface

* update tests

* comment provides for os=:Darwin

* comment provides for os=:Windows

* simplify libs and library_deps

* use ".$Libdl.dlext" instead of fixed ".so" in SimpleBuild
