Implement join button (#55)

* Implement a switch to make detail view readonly.

* Add a makefile to e.g. be able to update databse rules.

* Set the read rule for everyone, refactor the service a little bit.

* Small change to demonstrate how authentication can be used.

* This is how the join button can trigger the login.

* New bolt based rules.

* ALl we changed today.

* Fix Makefile all action.

* Now we can hand in a Persson as initialAdmin to the SailingClubd creation.

* Add currentUser to the store.

* Quick fix for null dereference during sailingclub loading.

* Add a string representation to Person.

* Some visual cleanup.

* Set displayname ass first name, but note that we should actually load the user profile from the db.

* Refactor firebase uasge, don't depend on it.

* Fix style.
