Merge dev into master. Closes #516. (#518)

* Add summary fact for JBoss EAP information

Help users extract a single "yes/maybe/no" decision from all of the
information we provide about JBoss EAP.

* Use with-items loop to generate list of formatted strings (#507)

We previously used zip_longest, but that filter was only added in
Ansible 2.4. Using a with_items loop gives us compatibility with older
Ansible versions.

* Handle missing facts better

Add a missing 'when' clause, and modify a postprocessing step to
handle missing facts (which would happen if a fact wasn't requested).
