(REFACTOR) Major guillotine.py refactor

Split heuristics into seperate subclasses inherited from
Guillotine. Each subclass overwrites the _rect_score method
with the heuristic's scoring method. Streamlined the scoring
precedure with _find_best_score and moved all boilerplate into
insert method.

Also removed some old unused methods and updated all tests and
binmanager to account for refactor.
