Commit Message

API: By default MockServer will try to open range of ports. Failure will throw exception.

* This case will trigger if no port is defined
* If port is defined only this port will be attempted (same as old behaviour)
* Previously only single port was attempted

* This commits additionally clears JavaDoc warnings
