* src/atomic_ops_malloc.h [!AO_ATTR_MALLOC] (AO_ATTR_MALLOC): New macro.
* src/atomic_ops_malloc.h [!AO_ATTR_ALLOC_SIZE] (AO_ATTR_ALLOC_SIZE):
Likewise.
* src/atomic_ops_malloc.h (AO_malloc): Add AO_ATTR_MALLOC,
AO_ATTR_ALLOC_SIZE attributes.
