Changed entity version numbers, to be set by event,
and incremented in arg passed to event when triggered.

This seems more natural. Can use lte rather lt with
entity version number to get same state. Also would
be consistent with using timestamps to get historical
state (lte with last_modified of entity would also
give same state).

Not sure but seems to be something slightly unstable about the
head hash. Was failing but now can't replicate after adjusting
test to construct entity with create() rather than directly. Perhaps
a JSON dict ordering is jumping about somehow, or maybe something
wasn't being initialised correctly? Need somehow to make check the
hashing function serialisation is stable across different platforms?

Also moved all event validation to event classes.
