NavCore: default_public_nav_items support special '_default_for' key

The new feature which can automatically setup public searches/views now
supports a special key '_default_for' which can be used to specify a
valid source model name (e.g. DB::Post) to automatcially set the new
search as the DefaultView for that source at the time it is imported

(set dev version 1.3005_05)
