Integration to dspot (#6)

* pom: use release 6.0.0 of spoon; use release 1.0.1 of dspot

* feat: instrument the test to be amplified; set up the instrument folder too target/dspot/Ex2Amplifier

* feat: filter now invocation to asserts in test to be instrumented; the TestInstrumentation processor takes now a specific factory

* clean: remove unused imports

* test: the amplification using Ex2Amplifier produces new test cases

* test: update test using new constructor and new indices

* test: update properties of the calculator project

* test: add assertions in the CalculatorTest

* test: the generation of Alloy model is done using the concrete execution of the test

* test: the procedure of DSpot using the Ex2Amplifier generate one amplified test, exercising a new path in the program
