Remove the response parameter, since ResponseInterface is immutable

Originally, I had been thinking that one might pass in their response
object and this class could make changes to it, such as adding headers,
etc. Since objects implementing ResponseInterface should be immutable,
I'll need to reconsider how this library can help set the appropriate
headers, based on the request and response.
