Add macros for year, month, day, etc. and merge these with airflow macros (#619)

* Merge user-specified parameters with airflow macros

* Need to use extend instead of append

* iteritems()->items()

* Unit-test for _merged_parameters()

* Increasing coverage for Pipeline.resolve_parameters()

* Add unit-test coverage for _get_operator_definition()

* Add switch to shut off replacing macros in the Pipeline object model.

* Resolving parameters only for paths and tables, merging user parameters and airflow parameters, and introducing macros for month, years, etc.

* Add maxDiff to debug unit-test failure only on Travis

* Use string serialization to compare dicts (and to avoid re-ordering in Travis)

* Fix typos in datetime attributes (min->minute, sec->second)

* Test fixes

* Fix bug in sql params; this should be airflow_macros when input pipeline doesn't have any params

* Work around for py3 incompatibility

* Fixing flake8 error
