Fixes #49

- Added a new interface method 'hasScreenshotOption' for ScriptJob
- Added implementations of this method on all Platform specific
  ScriptJob implementations
- Now scriptJob.hasScreenshotOption() is called in scheduleScript
  in core Platform layer in place of directly checking for BrowserStack
  specific option name
- Added tests and also verified runScript working for BrowserStack
  post the changes
