Guarding against uncaught exception.

child_process.exec throws an exception if it cannot spawn internally.
This commit guards against a thrown error, and calls the cb with that
error. Also updating test to cover that case.
Updating eslintrc to ignore command and key spacing issues. We love our
whitespace the way it is.
