Commit Message

This returns creator to edit forms and the show page. This term is provided by `Hyrax::BasicMetadata`, but needs to be in `Tufts::Terms` as well. In epigaea this term is not required, but in Hyrax is and Hyrax has certain views that assume that creator is present. This commit overrides those biews and updates the `create_pdf_spec` to check for the presence of `creator`.
