Commit Message

-the upper and lower distribution bounds are now specified as numbers from 0 to 1 and not percentages
-the samples are now properly rescaled to the wanted output range and not truncated, as otherwise the edges of the samples distribution would
 have presented spikes with a heigth inversely proportional from the distance from the initial bound
