Track multiple trailing closing tags

Tracking a single trailing closing tag doesn't suffice, as constructs
like `Hello <b><i>World</i></b>` are perfectly valid link targets.
Once again, this adds tracking in `splitter` but does not modify
any logic in the linking engine itself (yet).
